The Foamex that we use to create signs is made from rigid PVC material. The most important advantage is that they are not only strong and durable but also flexible and light-weight. Thus they can be easily transported from one place to another. They are available in a variety of special shapes as required by the client. You can order any size ranging from A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0 or any other custom size.

Proscan offers Foamex prints for both outdoor and indoor applications. Our Foamex signs are weatherproof and so they can be used for over a year outdoors. However, Foamex can be used indoor for up to 10 years. Foamex can be easily nailed, screwed or riveted to suitable surfaces as required. It is rigid enough to be mounted on walls without frames. We can create special colours on Foamex boards by applying a sheet of coloured vinyl over the surface.

Foamex board signs are made using digitally produced graphics mounted to give them extra rigidity.

Dibond is an ideal solution for external sign requirements - lightproof, waterproof and heat proof.

Dibond is an aluminium faced composite sheet that's the ideal choice for external signage and advertising.

Dibond is a flat sheet material that is similar to aluminium. Its polyester stove-enamelled lacquered face makes it the ideal choice for external grade direct digital printing. In plain English, that means it last for ages and stays looking as good as the day it was installed. It does not move around or warp in differing temperatures.

Dibond has extremely flat surface on both sides. It's very rigid and lightweight, has a high quality smooth surface. Dibond is supplied coloured white on both sides (matt/gloss), in metallic and brushed stainless steel, mirror and silver anodised and silver stucco finishes as well as dark and light wood grain finishes. Dibond is scratch resistant, easily cut and routed for fabrication as well as being suitable for die cutting. Supplied in 2 to 6mm thickness and a range of sheet sizes.
